# ベータ期間中のサブスクリプション

クローズドベータ中のサブスクリプションの動作についてです。料金は発生せず、いくつかの注意点があります。

> 🎁 **これが、Pro または Max へのアップグレードを受け取る方法です。** Closed Beta のメンバーは、Mojo の最上位ティアのいずれかを無料で利用できます。取得方法は、通常どおりアプリ内で登録するだけです。ベータ期間中はその流れがテスト環境で動作するため、 **実際の料金が請求されることはありません**。以下に各プラットフォームごとの手順を示します。

> ⚠️ **ベータの登録内容は引き継がれません。** サンドボックスとテストモードでの登録は、Mojo が正式公開されると無効になります。公開後に有料ティアが必要な場合は、その時点で改めて実際に登録する必要があります。今設定したものが後から有料プランになることはありません。

### Web または Android での登録

Stripe のテストモードでは実際の銀行カードは受け付けられません。代わりに Stripe の標準テストカードを使用してください:

### iOS での登録

公開されている TestFlight リンクから、ご自身の Apple ID でインストールしてください。それだけで十分です。

> 🔒 **Apple ID やパスワードをお聞きすることは決してありません。** インストールでも、登録でも、サポートでも、Mojo の誰もそれらを尋ねる理由はありません。もし誰かに聞かれたら、それは私たちではありません。すぐにお知らせください。

**Apple によって請求サイクルが短縮されると考えてください。** サンドボックスでは、Apple はサブスクリプションをおおむね 1 日に 1 回更新し、しばらくすると自動的に期限切れになることがあります。通常は 1〜2 週間です。その場合は、もう一度登録してください。タイミングは Apple が管理しているため、こちらでは予測できません。更新頻度が煩わしい場合は、代わりに Web または Android で登録してください。Stripe ではサイクルが短縮されません。

### 一度に 1 つのプラットフォームのみ

サブスクリプションは支払いプロバイダ間で排他的です。iOS で Apple 経由の有効なサブスクリプションがある間は、Web または Android で Stripe 経由のサブスクリプションを開始できません。次のメッセージが表示されます *「すでに登録済みです。元のプラットフォームで管理してください」* — その逆も同じです。

つまり、「iOS は面倒だから Web で登録しよう」が通用するのは、iOS で一度も登録したことがないか、iOS のサブスクリプションがすでに期限切れになっている場合だけです。

### 既知の問題

* **有効化が数秒遅れることがあります。** 登録したのにティアが変わらない場合は、少し待つか、アプリを再起動してください。
* **失敗しても、現在はエラーが表示されません。** 購入に失敗しても、まだエラーは表示されません。現在修正中です。再起動後もティアが変わらない場合は、UID をお送りください。こちらで確認します。
